Sumario: | The mass customization has attracted continued interest from academia and business, given itscontribution in terms of operational and management for routine organizations. However, despitethe theme present potential solutions to the manufacturing area, with studies in consolidated supply,market analysis, planning, product design and production planning and control, chain there are stillquestions about the applicability of the mass customization in service area. Given the above, theaim of this work focused on developing a methodology capable of measuring the loss of tolerablequality customized services. Occasionally, the developed method allows measuring the differencebetween the service currently offered with scenarios drawn up by customers. Stands that were usedfor the systematic proposition stated preference techniques and the quadratic loss function, whichmodeled scenarios usefulness of customized service and compared this with the standard serviceoffered. As for the results, although the systematization has been applied in only one case analysis,they elucidate that the technique can be applied to adjust the supply of different services that youwish to customize. Occasionally, a positive aspect of the proposed method refers to the possibility ofprioritizing alternative offer from the determinants of choice attributes, it is possible to calculate theeconomic benefit of each option for the organization. |
