| Sumario: | The discussion about the national economic development theme, ocusing its importance for the knowledge of the projects of lhe future in fight in which deals wilh the definition of lhe great paths to be followed by the Brazilian society, according lo two analytical ways: its historic-structural perspective and its national scalar delimitation. In second place, the article examines, from a left’s version, its main problems, adding in this poini some analytical advances (in this moment critics from lhe progressist urban planners are excluded). In third place, the critics elaborated by lhe progressist planners that, 1 inally, are in agreement with the ones made by the intellectuals, that 1 denominate neodevelopmentists, are considered. At last, three analytical movements are proceeded: the critic of the mentioned intellectuals to urban progressist planners; lhe critic of the progressist planners’ interaction with the liberal economists; and the need for this alliance’s break, being substituted by lhe ‘creation of a way’ that approximates the urban progressist planners and the inteliectual neodevelopmentists. |
