In second place, the article examines, from a left’s version, its main problems, adding in this poini some analytical advances (in this moment critics from lhe progressist urban planners are excluded). In third place, the critics elaborated by lhe progressist planners that, 1 inally, are in agreement with the ones made by the intellectuals, that 1 denominate neodevelopmentists, are considered.
