| Sumario: | The article provides the analysis of the Confucius’s doctrine, shows ways of forming the foundations of the perfect state, the role of the ruler and clerks in the system of state administration as well as requirements advanced to them. Special attention to state prosperity is given to creation and development of the system of accessible people education, which could ensure upbringing of devoted to the ruler, hard-working, law abiding, unselfish and caring for people’s interests clerks. Findings of the research help us assess objectively the Confucius’s contribution to the theory of state administration and possibility to use his ideas in the current practice of administration. |
