Sumario:We seek from the thought of Hannah Arendt, to problematize the category of human dignity and banality of evil to think about human rights in the contemporary world. Although the analysis of Arednt is on the experience of the totalitarian societies of the last century that reflects on the question of evil, her thinking is current and instigating, affirming the need for the construction of human rights by men and not simply a universe of declarations and laws.
