It aims at improving the utilization rate of the spare space in existing substation, reducing operation and maintenance cost, and increasing the revenue of power grid enterprises. This paper designs three types of AC/DC system based on reliability priority, economy priority and retrofit flexibility priority. Markov process Monte Carlo method is introduced to verify data center reliability in MSF. The business model of MSF is analyzed.
