To acknowledge cultural and institutional initiatives, regarding environmental anomalies, has been conducted worldwide under three different issues: socioeconomic consequences, definition of climatic events and recognition of cultural and institutional practices linked directly to the regular climatic trajectory or to abnormal chapters.
