The participants were 30 English teachers who worked at the state-run elementary schools in Tokat province at 2014-2015 Academic year and the data collected through a survey called Language Software Evaluation Form. The survey was composed of two sections. In the first section, there were personal data such as department graduated, age and gender and the second section, which had eight subfactors, involved the evaluation of teaching process. The result of the study revealed that while the subfactors which were composed of presenting information and assisting, exercises, feedback, evaluation of achievement were considered sufficient by the participants; catching attendance and providing sustainability, informing students about the course objectives, reminding the information necessary for the course, improving the transition, reminding and the achievement level of the software were evaluated partly sufficient.
