In the article the author discussed the practice of arbitrage for settlement of economic disputes between enterprises. The author places special emphasis on the cooperation between the state arbitrage and the Party authorities. Author comes to the conclusion that the arbitrage has been transforming more into an administrative body than into judiciary one.D. V.
