The study used the descriptive approach and developed a questionnaire as an instrument consisting of 30 items. The instrument was applied to a sample of 165 parents of students with learning disabilities in English. The results of the study showed that the most difficulties faced by students with LDs in English language are the skills related to speaking, followed by skills related to writing, and the skill related to reading ranked last.
