The objective is to point out problems, trends and demands for further research, based on reports released by OECD. For that purpose, documents published by OECD were analyzed, confronting theoretical studies on educational data available for comparison and policies, focusing on Brazil, Spain and Mexico, which are major contributors of a broader international project on the subject.
