The sample was selected randomly between 248 workers who were worked in Konak province-İzmir. For picking up data we used Health Family Centers’ Workers Assessment of Family Medicine (FM) Questionnaire. 165 of the health care professionals in FHC in Konak-İzmir were surveyed and were asked to evaluate propositions by 5-point Likert scale. The reliability coefficient (Cronbach Alpha) was found as .83. For data analysis, SPSS program were used. In the analysis of the data, descriptive statistics, t-test and ANOVA, a one way variance analysis have been used. As a result of the study show that 80% of employees voluntarily chose the FM system. We found that workers also have high job satisfaction level with FM (Mean=3,58) and general satisfaction with Family Medicine System (Mean=3,53).It was determined to physician fees it was found to be more satisfied than other health workers.
