International documents on the children rights make not only states but also citizens, families and media responsible for save of children rights. Therefore, social networking platforms on the internet is not a free space from sensitivity should be shown on children rights. Main purpose of this study is to discuss in what ways child abuse is discussed on social networking platforms. For the theoretical part of the study; meanings assigned to children throughout the historical development process, child abuse, children’s rights, internet as a new and pluralist public space and ideas on the representation of children were analyzed through an analytical point of view. As for the method and practice part of the study how the abuse/rape and violence claims about the children in Pozantı Juvenile Hall which remained on the agendas of both press and politics were represented on Ekşi Sözlük was analyzed through T.
