The article shows specific features of Singaporean system of state purchase; describes procedures of purchasing subject to imputed cost of state purchase and registration on the portal of e-state order. The author demonstrates that critical perception of experience of the country, which during less than 50 years managed to jump from the level of third-world countries to that of the most developed countries of the Asia-Pacific Region, making innovation and more advanced legislative and technical decisions could allow us in the future to build more developed and efficient system of state purchases in Russia.Natalya A.
