| Sumario: | In the paper is analyzed the problematics of intellectual, spiritual and biological enhancement of human being, and its importance for sustainable development of human civilization for overcoming contemporary global multidimensional crisis. Science and philosophy were substantially involved in the process of qualitative enhancement of society, as well as of human individual’s life and condition, during entire history, from ancient epoch to the present age. Sustainability of human civilization ever, and especially in controversial contemporary times of fulminant technological progress, depends directly on human integrity, potential and power in relationship with surrounding nature. In this context, the human enhancement, enriched with bioethical and political experience and tools, can provide a set of effi cient paths to solve and overcome contemporary global multidimensional crisis.
