Evaluation of the effectiveness of the implementation of FACTS devices in the power supply systems of coal mines can be performed using simulation methods.This article discusses the main approaches to the development of a simulation model of a power supply system of a coal mine, mining equipment and FACTS devices. The main results of modeling the joint operation of mining machines are shown.
