| Sumario: | Pressure for a new pattern of development demanded of the organizations the conciliation between competitiveness with environmental protection. Thus, a tool that acts in deploying structured strategies is the Environmental Management System, which focuses on improving environmental performance. Thus, this qualitative case study of exploratory and descriptive character aimed to characterize the SGA of the Verdegreen Hotel, internationally recognized for its sustainable actions, by content analysis. The results show how the hotel is structured in relation to its EMS, acting in a clear form, documented and disseminated among employees. |
