Reflections of conversions that means adopting Islam religion from other religions and accepting Islam to Vidin, Silistra, Sofia within the aspect of cities and XVIII century of Ottoman within the aspect of time; are the starting point of our study. Court Records containing important information about the political, social and economic history of the period are used in this study(at Bulgarian archive “National Biblioteque”, forms the backbone of this paper.). There are conversions, registration in 19 book belong to Vidin and 3 books belong to Sofia in Court Records. There is one record book availbale for XVIII century of Silistra that belongs to 1791-1793 dates. Vidin and Silistra were on the Danube River and the border cities of the Ottoman Empire. These cities also were affected. by the wars with Austria and Russia in XVIII Century. Conversions took place among prisoners obtained as a result of war. In accordance with the signed agreement apostates were excluded from exchange. City of Sofia city was located in an area away from the border. But in this process conversions continued in this region.
