Sumario:Thermal tourism facilities play an important role in lifting difficulties caused by aging, desire for health protection and improvement and treatment of some diseases. The fact that the thermal facilities, which are based on very ancient pasts and used as baths in the beginning, have started to be used as treatment centers when benefits of health have been understood over time. Today, in the point reached, thermal facilities are used both as a health center and as a center of rest and relaxation. Due to its geological structure, there are many thermal facilities in Turkey that have emerged due to many underground sources. One of the old ones is the Yalova-Armutian term.This survey was conducted in order to state customer satisfaction and customers revisit intention existent Yalova-Armutlu region, according to results give suggestions for increase customer satisfaction, and increase customer revisit intention. Survey technique was utilized from the quantitative research methods. Survey data were collected between dates of 06 January 2017-15 April 2017 from 300 thermal tourist who visit Yalova-Armutlu. For data analysis Factor analysis, Kruskal Wallis H test, Mann Whitney U Test and Regression analysis were used.
