Hepatopulmonary syndrome complicated by interstitial pneumonia and obesity with normal contrast echocardiography
Abstract Diagnosis of hepatopulmonary syndrome complicated by interstitial pneumonia and obesity is difficult because these complications can cause hypoxia. Such patients may not present with typical contrast echocardiography findings.
