The survey was divided into two stages, the first to explore related attributes to an undergraduate program, and the second to describe and quantify these attributes according to the students' perception of undergraduate courses in law, biology, management and physical therapy. The attributes identified (faculty; physical structure; curriculum) were related to performance indicators (satisfaction; relation between cost and benefits; relation between students and faculty; involvement).
