Sumario:The advance of collectivist work initiatives has achieved wide prominence in recent decades, which explains the importance of discussions that contribute to their forms of organization. In this sense, the present study aimed to bring investments to encourage discussion of self-management in solidarity organizations. To this end, we carried out a literature review, and resorted to a participatory research in a collectivist organization of Venezuela, in order to elucidate empirical examples that could strengthen the foundation of work organization practices in solidarity enterprises. While notes, it was found that the organization of the empirical object of the work analyzed, walks to a set of principles aimed at denying bureaucratic domination logic, emphasizing a way of management that values the equitable distribution of capital, denial of hierarchies and that combine thinking with action. Similarly, adherence to principles that bring equity ideas at the expense of equality and consensus in opposition to the vote, point to deepening the constitution of management modes aimed at decentralization of power.
