Another goal was to identify the management model adopted by the Federal University of Piauí (UFPI) and analyze their Institutional Development Plan (PDI), comparing the actions proposed in the plan and the practical results obtained so far. The methodology used was the case study with an exploratory perspective, which included a bibliographical and documentary approach developed based on principles of the analytical research.
