Sumario:The article presents a mathematical model describing the behavior of a rotating metal brush wire piles during its contact interaction with the surface in deformation cladding by flexible tool. Unlike prior models, based on the analysis of the contact zone compressed-bent piles with a surface on the sliding area, the proposed model takes into account the oscillating nature of its relative displacements from the entrance to the zone of contact and throughout the whole period of contact. That allow to reasonably choose of rational technological regimes of cladding to form a functional quality of coatings.
