Wafer-scale integration of stretchable semiconducting polymer microstructures via capillary gradient
Though stretchable semiconducting polymers are advantageous for electronic applications requiring low cost, the low performance of patterned microstructures remains a challenge. Here, the authors realize high mobility, stretchable polymer microstructures via a capillary-gradient assembly method.
