A design procedure of the balancing adapters characteristic for the mobile forage harvester in the system with a hydropneumatic accumulator application is presented. Influence dependences of various factors on the balancing performance are determined. A structure of balancing characteristic is illustrated on an example of three different adapters, essentially differing by mass and geometrical parameters.
