In all proposed mathematical models, the task of expressing a (non-)membership degree in the range (0, 1) focuses on the decision-maker. In this paper, these values in (0, 1) were tried to be determined in an objective way independent of the decision-maker. For this purpose, the concepts of (NOT) bipolar relational membership degree and (NOT) bipolar relational non-membership degree have been proposed. Moreover, using these concepts, a decision-making algorithm focusing on selecting the best object is proposed.
