Sumario: | Abu Zakaria is considered as one of the pioneers regarding the Ibadhi Fiqh during the fourth and fifth hidjri centuries, he left numerous written accounts. Thus this study aims to to unveil his usuli and fiqhi methodology throughout his book (Al Ijarat). I adopted inductive method to trace and illustrate fiqhi and ussuli Milestones. On this latter, I have edited this scientific article into three sections: Section one: identifying this scholar and his book. Section two: dealing with the Al Ijarat book’s Fiqhi studies. Section three :the usul study of the book
Thus I came across the assumption that Aljanaouni has excelled in his pre-mentioned book Al Ijarat in the diversity of Fiqh, especially through rules and regulations of Fiqh, and that he had a major effect on the usul side which he ensured to focus on the objectives of sharia. |
