This model can be regarded as an informal education along with the formal one. It is a fact that people learn at any time of life throughout their life, not only at a certain period. For that reason, it is not fair to constraint this ability with the education at school. Today, lifelong learning is a hot issue to be taken into account adequately. This phenomenon has started to be handled in the educational sciences since 2000, and it has drawn a lot of attentions of the educationalists. The Universities are one of the important places that should focus on this new fast spreading fact. The activities that universities can perform can be listed as follows: Student and teaching staff Exchange programmes; organizing various public programmes; distance education on the net for public; designing local and national course programmes for different vocations, etc.
