For that reason, it is not fair to constraint this ability with the education at school. Today, lifelong learning is a hot issue to be taken into account adequately. This phenomenon has started to be handled in the educational sciences since 2000, and it has drawn a lot of attentions of the educationalists. The Universities are one of the important places that should focus on this new fast spreading fact.
