Sumario:This article aims to introduce a system of performance evaluation for undergraduate courses taking into account the guidelines of SINAES (evaluation of undergraduate courses), the system of values, needs, preferences Dean of a univer sity. The methodology considered qualitative and quantitative aspects of context and was based on a constructivist approach to conduct the study. The complexity of the decision context, denoted by the amount of information, multiple interests and actors in volved legal aspects (MEC / SINAES) led to opt for the use of Multicriteria Methodology for Decision Support - Constructivist (MCDA - C). Through the proposed multicriteria system, based on the points raised could explain in a structured way the unsatisfacto ry performances or good performance. The results also evidenced allowed Dean the legitimacy of the system in the representation of the aspects that are deemed relevant to the decision context as well as its appropriateness for the evaluation of undergradua te courses from the viewpoint of SINAES.
