For this, an exploratory, quantitative and cross-sectional study was developed, with primary data from a Survey questionnaire. The questionnaire was applied to 357 students of the management course of two higher education institutions, based on the evaluation model of the Ministry of Education and Culture / MEC, Presotti (2011), of the Secretariat for Continuing Education, Literacy and Diversity / SECAD ) and Rodrigues (2013). The results show that diversity is low in the classroom. Through the socio-demographic answers it was noticed that the classroom is predominantly composed of young, white singles belonging to classes C and B. Regarding the factorial analysis, it was observed that only fifteen variables remained in the final model grouped into four components, the determinants Perception, Group Relationship and Understanding.
