Sumario:With reference to support of state, society and families to education, training time began to rise by the state. Time spent at school by students rather in almost all developed countries are so much with compared to other countries, while in developed countries towards developing countries, the education time is reduced by the state. It is then given more emphasis on education in governmental policies particularly. In this subject, it is allocated more budgets by state. Students are drift for undesired behaviors by unplanned school time, ineffective activities, waste of time and undesired activities of students. In this study, it is especially tried to specify the undesired behaviors of students and teachers in school and the origin of some of these directorial behaviors. This study was carried out by reviewing the related literature. It is then tried to put some new approaches for eliminating these undesired behaviors related to students, teachers and directors. And it is tried to cope with these undesired behaviors in school educational environment. From this point of view, the aim of this study is to develop precautions for teachers and directors of schools in order to eliminate these undesired behaviors in school and classroom.
