| Résumé: | The article explains the key notions of proprietary management of business, i.e. technology of building the system of company management. The authors provide an example of the business-model of proprietary management of organizations in the field of trade. It is shown that the proprietor performs specific functions of business development connected with control and its development. A lot of proprietors do not use in full their opportunities to control and develop business. The majority of them have got only superficial ideas about components of this work, but not a comprehensive vision. Some proprietors decide to act as top managers themselves, which creates an illusion of business development control. In order to overcome this contradiction the article puts forward a business model with value chain. It could build an effective proprietary management of business. |
