Sumario: | The colonization in the Portuguese America born of the violence from European metropolis that determined the bud of a productive structure returned to have well-taken care of the external interests. To a imposition the obligatory work in the tropic like fundamental component of a modern economy and destined to quickly reunite the wished rates of yield, settled a society much shaped by hierarchy and deeply cut by the modern slavery. That contradictions are form again in ceremonial that puts in scene the death like the continuity of the statu quo. According to Egon Flaig, Michel Vovelle and Jara Fuente, the social culture and agents who produce it, make an effort with their art to produce the eternal scene being in an image from further on conformed like a territory where the elite projects and returns to strike its symbolic sovereignty. The contract production with the Roman Catholic Church in colonial situation, indicates for the several facets of there presentation of the passage for the eternity like a strict perpetuation of the system of political power of the Portuguese Ancién Régime. |
