For the fulfillment of the research’s objective, it was applied, by Survey, a questionnaire, based on the Likert scale, composed of five categories. It was also fulfilled documental research and active observation. The results had pointed that, in general, there is a certain degree of satisfaction in all the evaluated dimensions, however a significant number of servers did not consider that the definition of its placement took notice of its professional abilities, although some affirmed that those were correctly identified, strengthening the vision that the admission interview has been carried effectively, but its results are not exploited in the placement process.
