Sumario: | A Java-based computational tool with a novel algorithm and comparatively low-cost hybrid procedure is described. Energy dissipation from the wall is predicted with considerably high potential for process applications. Thermal spot localization was observed in the geometry with a propensity for thermal stress which can influence the strength of the material. The temperature loss magnitude is indicative of the energy losses that would otherwise have contributed to improving the thermal effectiveness - as opposed to heat dissipation, for instance, in low-temperature combustion reactions employing fuel burners. Wherefore, with low-cost computational tools, the computerization process for thermal FE analysis using an economically judicious methodology, could potentially serve as an alternative to cloud-based tools and costly experimental procedures with potential cost-reduction. Principally, the contribution is in discrete modelling and simulation of the wall section in heat transfer combustion reactions using Java language Object-oriented programming (OOP) approach integrating EES graphics. |
