Sumario:This article aims to debate about the labor market in contemporary times from the labor reforms carried out in Brazil and France, seeking to understand its effects on the labor market, on guaranteeing workers' rights and on the production of Labor Law. Labor reform indicates that society is experiencing profound transformations that destroy social institutions. What is at stake is the institutionalization of work without labor law and the increase in social inequalities. To this end, it shows the contradictions between such reforms and the principles developed in international organizations that guided the construction of regulations based on the perspective of human dignity. In addition, it analyzes the effects of Brazilian labor reform on the professional category of bank employees.
