For this, a search is made among the feminist authors about what had been produced about this thematic. Does the presence of a gender perspec- tive in the decision-making areas of the State contribute to the implementation of policies capable of promoting changes in patterns of gender inequality, es- pecially in the working world? It is concluded that the presence of women in the State signals a paradigm shift, but slow and gradual.
