Description
Summary:The objective of this work is to verify to what extent the Light for All Program has touched the lives of the beneficiaries. The survey was conducted in the region of Felicissimo, located in the state of Tocantins. We used the method and survey questionnaires were filled out a total of 27 families benefited. The results suggest that in the area surveyed, there were significant social and economic changes after the installation of electricity. The research findings indicate that the integration of the Light for All Program and Social Programs - for example, Bolsa Familia and the National Program for Strengthening Family Farming - an alternative would be to ensure that access to rural electrification represents a significant improvement in quality of life of beneficiary families.
