| Résumé: | In an article in the context of the demographic transformation of the political and social landscape of the world, as well as in the socio-political situation reactionary response to demographic change factor considers the problem of political culture. The author proposes to look at the demographic transformation of the system of political and social landscape of the world from the perspective of the use of means of social power in the global political process.
Objective: based on the analysis of global demographic trends, to identify the role and political culture, and to develop recommendations to the various institutions.
Method: The author examines political culture in contemporary processes of global transformation on the basis of a systematic approach.
Results: conclusions about the role of political culture and make recommendations in the development of strategic and operational documents related to the domestic and foreign policy.
Application results: study materials are designed for use in the work of state and municipal government, and civil society in Russia. |
