Objective: based on the analysis of global demographic trends, to identify the role and political culture, and to develop recommendations to the various institutions. Method: The author examines political culture in contemporary processes of global transformation on the basis of a systematic approach. Results: conclusions about the role of political culture and make recommendations in the development of strategic and operational documents related to the domestic and foreign policy.
