| Sumario: | This article is a descriptive research with quantitative character, whose purpose is to verify the main causes of the lack of formalization of enterprises in the city of Guarapari / ES, or, the article come help new entrepreneurs, government, society and other stakeholders in the issue, as to the reasons that contribute to the formation of this framework. For its realization were adopted research tools like the literature review and survey with closed questions performed with 198 entrepreneurs in the city of Guarapari / ES. Finally, we report the reasons why the sample undertook and the profile of entrepreneurs not formalized. |
