| Sumario: | The present article approaches the citizenship under the angle of the construction of the public spaces, tendsas sociological reference the alarming given badges of the social and material inequalities of the contemporary context, identifying the main existent problems: a process of excludent globalization, the crisis of the modernnational states, the loss of the identities and of the ethical references in a fragmentation process and of uniformization of the life in the current age of the nets. Seeking to the search of emancipation perspectives andin alternative ways of development, suggests a new social contract, tends as central beginnings the ecology, theparticipatory solidarity and the social inclusion. |
