Typical problems of agricultural enterprises in the digitalization of business processes are identified. The aim of the study was to develop a method for assessing the digital maturity of an agricultural enterprise using a questionnaire. It was proposed to use the final assessment of digital maturity as the main indicator of readiness of agricultural enterprises for digital transformation. Based on the comparison with the target indicator of digital maturity, the article suggests setting a level of readiness for digital transformation.
