Sumario: | The purpose of the study is to investigate the relationship between primary school administrators’ organizational commitment and procrastination behaviours, in terms of different variables. The independent variables of the study are gender, directorate duration (seniority), administration levels (principal, vice principal, principal assistant) and age while the dependent variables are organizational commitment and procrastination behaviours. The study was conducted with the participant of 240 administrators (principal, vice principal, principal assistant) work in primary schools in the province, Samsun. MANOVA was used to test whether organizational commitment levels and procrastination behaviours of primary school administrators have significant difference in terms of independent variables (gender, age, seniority and administration levels). As a result of the study, negative significant correlation was discovered between organizational commitment levels and procrastination behaviours of primary school administrators. Organizational commitment levels and procrastination behaviours of primary school administrators have significant differences according to seniority, administration levels and ages. Whereas, there is no significant difference according to gender. |
