We will try to use a naturalistic methodology based on the revision of scientific theories with empirical evidence in the field of cognitive neuroscience, ethology and cognitive psychology about the philosophical problem of other minds and how the scientific construct of the theory of mind (ToM) can provide a solution or reformulation. This means, undoubtedly, a re-evaluation of the philosophical problem, its arguments and attempts of solution.
