Sumario:Background. The production of high-tech products of microelectronics, instrument making, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering with the required functional properties is impossible without operational control of the technological process based on reliable measuring information about the progress of each technological operation and the current state of the product. The aim of the work was to develop an information and control system for active control of the technological process of manufacturing products with a heterogeneous structure. Materials and methods. The development of a channel for measuring the components of the measurement object complex resistance and the voltage on it of the control system for the technological process of manufacturing products with a heterogeneous structure was carried out on the basis of the modern paradigm of materials science by the method of system analysis. Results. An information and control system has been developed that implements an original method of active control of multiparametric objects using heterogeneous information during the technological process of manufacturing a product with a heterogeneous structure. Correction of dissimilar parameters and characteristics of each technological operation directly during its execution becomes possible when choosing the parameters of the complex resistance of the object and the voltage on it as a universal measured value. The formation of control actions is carried out on the basis of the equations for the relationship of functional parameters and characteristics of the product and the technological operation with the parameters and characteristics of their nonlinear impedance, which are entered into the database of the control subsystem. Application of the system will ensure high quality of products of high-tech industries.
