Sumario: | In this study relation between piano playing skills and co repetition skills of candidate music teachers has studied to determine. Firstly a sample group has determined and group selected from junior and senior students whom accomplished the co repetition lesson in previous semesters. Co repetition grades and piano lesson grades of this group consist of 55 students has been obtained. In study group consist of 55 person, 30 students has been selected from junior level and 25 student from senior level. After determining the study group and which students will separate in study group, information of the study group students has been investigated from the department information system and grades of the lessons related with this study and demographic data of the students has been obtained. Obtained grades from the system has been recorded to computer as mid-term exam, final exam and end of term grade and statistically examined. While data entrance process sex and graduated high school variables has added to system and these variables has been used in comparing measurements. Success grades of the students has been analysed by using classification. In classification process letter range has been considered for success evaluation used in university in which study was examined. In statistical process Mann Whitney U test has been used for comparing sex and graduated high school variables and Pearson Correlation test has been used to compare grades. At the end of the statistical process significant differences has been founded for graduated high school and not founded for sex variables and it has been seen that there is high level and positive correlation between co repetition grades and piano grades. |
