So production management at the least cost less once the desired quality and quantity of goods and services planning, organizing, coordinating, executing, and the latest objectives of the work is likely to reach that to reveal that controlling processes encompassing concept. Process management, process design, maintain and better to customer needs and requests, in place to respond and continually improve is a concept based on ratings. Process management, in fact, the European Foundation for Quality Management's Business Excellence Model is one of the nine criteria. In addition, ISO 9000 Quality Management System Standard has been prepared, based on process models significantly. All of these studies of enterprises, institutions must concentrate on the importance of process management that emphasizes a concern. On the other hand, some institutions or organizations in process management, business structure and functioning of the organization in accordance with the terms, conditions and continuous improvement of processes in terms of process management as a management style emerges. Process management institutions or enterprises where management style is considered the "Process Management" or "Management by Processes" are used. Management of business processes in an efficient and effective way of understanding business process management in order to implement the adoption of the concept is required. In this regard, the production of services in the health sector is important in a world of process management and process efficiency are gaining more and more importance.
